Here are recipes for quick and easy meal that can be enjoyed by the whole family including all diabetics. Sausage and Kraut Skillet Dinner’s ready in 35 to 40 minutes. This court has become a hot meat, vegetables and fruits in a pan. Personally, I am always happy to corn bread, cabbage, so I have a corn bread recipe here added. Serve these recipes, either together or separately. You are sure to enjoy them. What could be simpler than a skillet dinner? I do not know about you, but I like a minimum of cleaning after eating. And one of the best ways to make bread with meals. Try this Italian Skillet meals soon. Your family will thank you, especially if it’s your job to clean up after dinner! With this pan you can find a meal, vegetables included onions, tomatoes and spinach. Also in the cheese milk and egg. You have the tortellini pasta with healthy olive oil and spices. That’s a lot of food is heated in a skillet. Another advantage is time. This table is ready in thirty minutes. Serve with garlic bread and fresh fruit to complete your meal. ITALIAN SKILLET Dinner1 / 2 cup dry basil1 teaspoon onion2 teaspoon oregano1 dry salt2 teaspoon garlic Oil1 tablespoons olive oil (15 ounces) crushed hot cup Water1 package tomatoes1 (9-ounce) frozen cheese tortellini1 carton (15 ounces) shredded low fat ricotta cheese1 egg1 cheeseIn frozen / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 package (10-oz) chopped spinach, thawed, pressed dry1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Heat a large skillet, sauté onion, basil, oregano, salt and garlic in oil for two minutes. Here is a quick and easy meal, that amount is not to break your meals, or be in the kitchen for a long period of time. Smoked Sausage Skillet meal, meat, vegetables and fruits in a pan. Add a salad of sliced red tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese, cut into slices and sprinkle with herbs and olive oil. End the day with lace cookies made with Equal Sugar Lite. Smoked sausage recipes pan and lace cookies below: Smoked sausage SKILLET MEAL 1 pound smoked sausage 1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained 3 tablespoons canola oil or fat bacon 1 small onion, thinly sliced 1 medium apple, peeled and thinly sliced Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon 1 / 2 teaspoon celery seed Dill 1 / 2 teaspoon 1 tablespoon SPLENDA Water 1 / 2 cup 1 / 8 teaspoon black pepper Heat oil in heavy medium skillet, bacon or lard oil and fry the onion paste. Add the remaining ingredients except the sausage. Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes until apple slices are soft. Chorizo, cut into columns and into the pot.
