Sausage and Kraut Skillet Dinner&#8217;s ready in 35 to 40 minutes. This court has become a hot meat, vegetables and fruits in a pan. Personally, I am always happy to corn bread, cabbage, so I have a corn bread recipe here added. Serve these recipes, either together or separately. You are sure to enjoy them. Skillet Sausage and cabbage MEAL2 Oil1 tablespoons canola / 4 cup chopped onion1 / 4 cup green onion Fresh Deli Cups pepper3 bell Sauerkraut1 cup diced smoked a apples2 pounds sausageIn large saucepan heat the canola oil. Add the onion and peppers and cook 5 minutes, until soft. Add the cabbage and apples to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat low 25 to 30 minutes or until apples, stirring occasionally there. Meanwhile, cook sausage until browned. Top hot mixture, served with sauerkraut, sausage and hot. Yield: 6 servingsMEXICAN Cornbread 1 cup self-rising cornmeal1 cup shredded cheddar cheese cheese1 grain corn1 cup cup milk1 / 2 cup onion1 glass (4 oz) diced pimiento, drained1 / 3 cup tablespoons butter2 chopped jalapeno peppers (seeded) 1 / 2 teaspoon garlic powdernonstick cook sprayPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray Teflon-do to one side. Combine cornmeal and milk in medium bowl. Stir until blended. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into the prepared pan and put in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned. Cut into columns and serve hot with butter. Enjoy! </p>

Here is a quick and easy meal, that amount is not to break your meals, or be in the kitchen for a long period of time. Smoked Sausage Skillet meal, meat, vegetables and fruits in a pan. Add a salad of sliced red tomatoes topped with mozzarella cheese, cut into slices and sprinkle with herbs and olive oil. End the day with lace cookies made with Equal Sugar Lite. Smoked sausage recipes pan and lace cookies below:&#13;Smoked sausage SKILLET MEAL&#13;1 pound smoked sausage&#13;1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained&#13;3 tablespoons canola oil or fat bacon&#13;1 small onion, thinly sliced&#13;1 medium apple, peeled and thinly sliced&#13;Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon&#13;1 / 2 teaspoon celery seed&#13;Dill 1 / 2 teaspoon&#13;1 tablespoon SPLENDA&#13;Water 1 / 2 cup&#13;1 / 8 teaspoon black pepper&#13;Heat oil in heavy medium skillet, bacon or lard oil and fry the onion paste. Add the remaining ingredients except the sausage. Cover and cook gently for 15 minutes until apple slices are soft. Chorizo, cut into columns and into the pot. Continue cooking until sausage is heated through.&#13;LACE COOKIES&#13;1 egg&#13;1 / 2 cup Equal Sugar-Lite&#13;1 teaspoon butter&#13;1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract&#13;1 / 2 cup rolled oats&#13;1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts&#13;Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon&#13;Preheat oven to 375 degrees.&#13;Beat eggs until fluffy. Gradually beat in equal eggs. The vanilla butter and combine well. Add oats, nuts and salt. Combine until well blended. Drop cookie dough to 24 to put in a greased baking sheet. Flatten with a knife or small spatula. They are easy to bake for 5 minutes or until browned them.&#13;Enjoy </p>
